Automotive Parts Sales Consultant

As an Automotive Parts Sales Consultant, you ensure customers and internal teams receive the correct parts quickly, accurately, and with clear communication. This role exists to support service while delivering a professional counter and phone experience.

Key responsibilities include assisting retail and shop customers with parts selection; quoting and answering phones; reviewing repair orders for accuracy and aligned pricing; pulling, filling, tagging, and staging orders for pickup, shipment, or delivery; tracking special orders and backorders; locating out-of-stock items and coordinating emergency orders; billing internal requests to repair orders; processing payments, charge authorizations, returns, and credits; maintaining orderly records and a clean counter area; and participating in available training and product updates.

Required qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of automotive parts sales experience
- Strong reading/writing communication and one-on-one customer presentation skills
- Solid practical problem-solving skills
