OBGYN needed in Redwood City, CA - Top Pay + Sign-On + Productivity Bonus

Job details:

• Position: OBGYN
• Location: Redwood City, CA
• Schedule:
  • 3-4 clinic days per week + post-call day
  • 1-2 call shifts per week (4-6 per month, CALL FROM HOME)
  • Min of 48 shifts of restricted in-house call coverage annually once hospitalist program is launched
• Call: Shared call: 1:6 with internal docs, community docs, outside OB Hospitalist
  • Hospitalist always present + OBGYN
• EMR: Cerner
• Patients load: 15-20 (Everyone starts with a slow ramp up)
• Job Requirements:
  • BC or BE in FM or IM
  • New grads welcome (no 2027 grads)
• Compensation:
  • Base - 375-400K
  • Productivity bonus
• Support: OBGYN full scope NP. Gen surg, CT surg
• Credentialing: Up to 90 days (If they have CA license and want to start sooner, possible)
