• Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am - 5pm, no weekends.
• Duties: Typical outpatient Primary Care services
• Patient Population: Geriatrics
• Support: Full Staff & Advanced Practice Providers
• PPD: 12-16
• EMR: eClinical Works
• Salary:$240k-$270k base + lucrative Annual Bonus
