Glynn & Associates, llc
Ozark, AR, US Full Time

Job Description

Job Description

Cardiac arrhythmia care is one of the fastest-growing specialties in cardiovascular medicine — and a regional health system in the Arkansas Ozarks wants an APRN to help lead it. Join a new collaborative electrophysiology team providing full-continuum care, from pre-procedural workups to long-term device management.

Position Summary

As a core member of the cardiovascular care team, you'll work hand-in-hand with a fellowship trained electrophysiologist and a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based care across the full patient journey — outpatient visits, pre-procedural evaluation, post-procedural follow-up, and long-term device management.

Required Qualifications

  • Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from an accredited program
  • Current, unencumbered APRN license (NP or CNS) in the state of practice
  • National board certification: FNP-BC, ACNP-BC, AGACNP-BC, or ACPC-CMC (Adult-Gerontology Acute Care preferred)
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in cardiology, cardiac ICU, cardiac step-down, or EP setting
  • Current BLS and ACLS certification
  • DEA registration or eligibility

    Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in electrophysiology, device clinic, or cardiac arrhythmia management
  • Cardiac Medicine certification (CMC) through AACN or equivalent EP-focused credential
  • Proficiency in device interrogation for at least one major manufacturer (Medtronic, Abbott, Boston Scientific, Biotronik)
  • Familiarity with remote monitoring platforms (Merlin.net, CareLink, Latitude, BIOTRONIK Home Monitoring, MURJ, etc.)
  • Experience with Cerner, Epic, or similar EHR systems
  • Bilingual skills a plus

    Compensation & Benefits

  • Lucrative salary plus commencement bonus
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Life, short-term, long-term, and accidental insurance
  • Retirement plan
  • Paid time off
  • Education assistance, scholarships, leadership development, and CMEs
  • On-site employee pharmacy and wellness center, telehealth, and employee assistance program
  • Flexible spending account and employee discounts

    About the Region

  • Located in the heart of the Ozarks, where the Arkansas–Missouri border meets stunning mountain scenery, pristine lakes, and winding rivers
  • A true four-season playground — hiking, boating, fishing and adventure are a way of life here, not a weekend novelty
  • A safe, close-knit community with a refreshingly low cost of living and strong public schools
  • Recently named one of the South's 50 Best Small Towns by a leading national lifestyle magazine
