This position is responsible for processing vehicle deals accurately, remitting product sold in and outside of car deals, reconciling schedules, and supporting daily accounting operations in a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesPost retail, lease, cash, and house deals dailyProcess deals in DealerBuilt or dealership softwareReview deal paperwork for accuracy and completenessDaily remit of warranties, Gap and other products soldProcess check requests and related documentsReconcile schedules and statementsRun reports and resolve outstanding deal issuesCommunicate with management regarding open items and prioritiesAssist with additional accounting office duties as neededQualificationsPrior dealership billing, title, accounting, or office experience - 1+ years preferredKnowledge of debits, credits, and journal entries preferredStrong attention to detail and accuracyOrganized with the ability to prioritize multiple tasksProfessional communication skillsDependable attendance and strong work ethicDealerBuilt or dealership DMS experience preferredApply TodayLaura Wenholz – Controller [email protected] 303-215-4229Ready to join the team?
