Lead Our Quality Management System as the Company’s Management Representative

Step into a pivotal role where you own the effectiveness of our Quality Management System (QMS) and safeguard compliance across the organization. As our QMS Management Representative & Compliance Manager, you’ll coordinate with Quality, Production, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to ensure we meet company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements every day.

A day in the life

• Champion the QMS: translate API, ISO, and ASME requirements into clear practices and monitor adherence across teams.
• Serve as the company’s Management Representative: lead audits, report on QMS performance, and drive continuous improvement.
• Partner across departments: align Quality, Production, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing on procedures, documentation, and change control.
• Apply mechanical aptitude: support troubleshooting on the floor, verify mechanical testing, and review prints and specifications.
• Use data to decide: analyze quality control data, trends, and nonconformance drivers to prevent recurrence.
• Promote safety and compliance: reinforce Workplace Safety & EHS Management in daily practices.

What you bring

• Strong leadership with hands-on experience implementing and maintaining API, ISO, and ASME quality systems in a manufacturing environment.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.

Education & Training

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, OR equivalent industry experience.

Experience

• 5+ years of quality management experience working with API and ISO standards (preferred).
• Manufacturing or valve industry experience strongly preferred.

Compensation

Pays up to $90K a year.
