Senior HVAC Project Manager

We're looking for a Senior HVAC/Plumbing Project Manager to take the lead on commercial mechanical construction projects, everything from office buildings and hospitals to data centers, schools, and hotels. If you've run HVAC installs for a commercial mechanical contractor and know how to keep a project moving from kickoff to closeout, this is worth a conversation.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing commercial HVAC/mechanical projects start to finish, from kickoff through closeout
• Owning budgets, schedules, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• Coordinating directly with General Contractors, owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
• Running multiple commercial construction projects at the same time

What You Bring

• 5+ years of commercial HVAC/mechanical Project Management experience
• A solid track record managing projects on commercial buildings (offices, hospitals, schools, universities, hotels, data centers, warehouses, or similar)
• Strong understanding of commercial HVAC construction
• Comfort working across budgets, schedules, and the full GC/owner/architect/engineer relationship

Compensation & Perks

• Base salary $120K to $150K+, based on experience
