Shift: 1st Shift (Generally 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM; but flexible)
Compensation: $23.00–$27.00/hour

In this role, you'll focus on scheduled preventive maintenance, equipment inspections, lubrication, and supporting experienced maintenance technicians to help maximize equipment uptime and minimize production downtime. As your skills develop, you'll gain valuable hands-on experience with mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems in a heavy manufacturing environment.
What You'll Do
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on production equipment to maximize reliability and uptime.
- Inspect, clean, lubricate, and service machinery according to maintenance schedules.
- Assist experienced maintenance technicians with equipment repairs and installations.
- Identify potential equipment issues before they become production problems.
- Help document completed preventive maintenance activities and equipment inspections.
- Learn to troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
- Safely operate forklifts, overhead cranes, manipulators, and other material handling equipment as trained.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and PPE requirements.
- Support additional maintenance projects and responsibilities as assigned.
What You'll Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 0–3 years of industrial maintenance, mechanical, manufacturing, automotive, military, or technical experience preferred.
- Recent graduates of Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, Electro-Mechanical, or similar technical programs are encouraged to apply.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn industrial equipment.
- Ability to use common hand and power tools.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
- Organized, dependable, and adaptable in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the workday.
