Job Title: Pharmacist
Location: New York, NY 10016
Shift: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM (may include rotating shifts such as 12:00 AM – 8:30 AM)
Duration: 14 Weeks (with possibility of extension)

• Travel Package: From $4200/Week
• Local Pay Rate: From $85/hour

The Pharmacist is responsible for ensuring safe and effective medication dispensing, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, and supporting patient care in a clinical environment. The role involves working in a fast-paced setting with potential exposure to sterile compounding and IV preparation while collaborating with healthcare professionals.

• Accurately dispense medications in accordance with prescriptions and regulations.
• Ensure compliance with all pharmacy laws, policies, and safety standards.
• Support sterile compounding and IV room operations when required.
• Maintain accurate documentation within Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient medication therapy.
• Monitor and ensure proper medication storage, handling, and distribution.
• Participate in rotating shifts, including evenings and overnight coverage as needed.

• Minimum of 1 year of Pharmacist experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Pharmacy (PharmD preferred).
• Active Pharmacist license issued by NYSED (Primary Source Verification required).
• Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, and writing).

• Experience with pharmacy dispensing systems.
• Sterile processing and IV room experience.
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Valid Pharmacist License (State of New York).
