Key Responsibilities

• On‑site event execution — Lead day‑of operations, managing timelines, logistics, vendor coordination, and guest experience to ensure flawless delivery.
• Cross‑functional coordination — Partner closely with chefs, general managers, bar teams, and external vendors to support smooth event operations.
• Catering logistics — Manage staffing, equipment, rentals, transportation, and setup for both on‑site and off‑site catering events.
• Operational tracking — Monitor event details, guest counts, budgets, and operational needs to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Post‑event processes — Conduct recaps, gather feedback, and ensure smooth wrap‑up of all event‑related tasks.

Requirements

• 1–3+ years of experience in events, catering, private dining, or hospitality operations
• Strong communication skills for client coordination, internal team alignment, and event documentation
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple events, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously
• Calm, solutions‑oriented approach during live events and high‑pressure moments
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedule
