Food Production Packager

SmartTalent is hiring entry level Packagers for a food production company based in Woodinville, WA. This position is entry level and does not require any previous experience.

LOCATION: Woodinville, WA

PAY: $20 - $21

SCHEDULE:

Day shift: Monday - Thursday, occasional Fridays, 4:30am - 3pm

Swing shift: Monday – Friday, 3pm – 11:30pm

Schedule may vary and could include working 10 hours shifts 5 days a week. Must be flexible to work OT as needed

DURATION: Seasonal until the end of the summer. Possibly extending longer

Responsibilities:

·Label and package products according to company specifications and customer requirements.

·Inspect items for quality and accuracy before packing.

·Organize products and materials to maintain an efficient workflow.

·Prepare shipping containers and ensure products are packed securely to prevent damage during transit.

·Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

·Follow company safety procedures and production guidelines.

·Meet productivity and quality expectations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Requirements:

·Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

·Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production setting.

·Ability to stand and work on your feet for extended periods (2–3 hours at a time).

·Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with regular lifting of up to 35 pounds.

·Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.

·Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
