Voice & Data Field Technician

We're Hiring: Voice & Data Field Technician (W2 position)

Location: On-site St. Louis, MO (Field-Based, commuting to different sites on daily-basis)

Compensation: $28 USD/hr.

Looking for a technician who thrives on hands-on work and telephony services. Join our team supporting voice and data systems across healthcare and corporate sites in the St. Louis area.

What you'll do:

• Provide onsite troubleshooting for voice & data incidents
• Install and maintain IP phones and telecom equipment
• Troubleshoot LAN/WAN connectivity and cabling
• Partner with L2/L3 teams on complex issues
• Document work in ServiceNow

What we're looking for:

• 1-2 years supporting voice/telecom/network environments
• Basic knowledge of TCP/IP and VoIP
• Valid driver's license
• Willingness to travel daily across the St. Louis metro area

Nice to have:

• Experience with Cisco, Avaya, Microsoft Teams Voice, or Mitel
• Network+, A+, or CCNA certifications
