Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging and effective lesson plans that align with our General Studies curriculum

• Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes academic achievement, creativity, and social-emotional growth

• Build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure effective communication and collaboration

• Assess student progress and provide targeted support to help individuals meet their learning goals

• Participate in school-wide events and activities that celebrate our Jewish heritage and values

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field

• Experience: 5+ years of teaching experience (including student teaching or assistant teaching)

• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to adapt to changing circumstances; strong organizational and time management skills
