About the Opportunity

Are you a friendly, organized professional who enjoys creating a welcoming environment? We are seeking a Front Office Administrator to serve as the face of our office and support daily operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment, enjoys interacting with people, and can balance a variety of administrative responsibilities.

What You'll Do
  • Greet visitors and ensure a professional, welcoming experience.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
  • Manage conference room scheduling, meeting setup, and catering.
  • Coordinate office supplies, mailroom operations, and vendor relationships.
  • Maintain company calendars, including out of office schedules.
  • Support Human Resources with interview scheduling, new hire onboarding, orientations, and employee events.
  • Assist with company meetings, celebrations, and special projects.
  • Partner with departments including HR, IT, Facilities, Payroll, Purchasing, and Security to support daily office operations.
  • Serve as a liaison for office maintenance and facility needs.
  • Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • 2 to 3 years of receptionist, front desk, office administration, or customer service experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree may be considered in place of experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Professional, polished, and customer focused demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple departments.
  • Comfortable handling confidential information with discretion.
