Home Health Registered Nurse – Full-Time | 40 Hours/Week

• Associate degree or higher in Nursing
• 1+ year of RN experience (Home Health preferred)
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania (PA)
• AHA BLS or AHA ACLS certification
• Valid Driver's License, Reliable Transportation, and Auto Insurance

Our client is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Registered Nurse to join their growing team in Western Pennsylvania. In this role, you'll deliver high‑quality care to patients in the comfort of their homes, ensuring they receive the support they need to recover, manage chronic conditions, and maintain independence.

• 2+ year of RN experience
• Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a home‑based setting
• Active PA RN license
• BLS/CPR certification (support provided if needed)
• Reliable transportation for travel between patient homes

• Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• 1 on-call shift per week (5:00 PM – 10:00 PM)
• 1 weekend per month
• 2 holidays per year
• Pay Per Visit position
