What You’ll Do

As a Front Desk Associate, your key responsibilities will include: - Greeting and welcoming guests with a warm and friendly attitude. - Assisting guests with inquiries about our activities, services, and famous menu items. - Managing reservations, check-ins, or other front desk tasks. - Handling transactions accurately and efficiently. - Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area. - Providing exceptional customer service to ensure every guest leaves with a smile.
