Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Reisterstown, MD. As a BCBA, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in clients' lives, develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans, and collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans, tailored to each client's unique needs and goals
• Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and provide ongoing training and support to ensure exceptional care
• Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed to ensure optimal client outcomes
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success and achieve a better quality of life
• Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards, ensuring the highest level of care
Compensation and Schedule
• Pay Range: $95 - $120 hourly, competitive compensation for your expertise
• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability, to ensure a healthy work-life balance
• Location: Reisterstown, MD, a convenient and accessible location
Requirements
• Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs, with a passion for making a meaningful difference in clients' lives
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with families, team members, and other professionals
