MDS experience preferred.Experience with residents who have memory impairment preferred.Excellent communication and organizational skills required.Knowledge of concerns and challenges specific to the geriatric population.Ability to engage families in the care planning process and assist them in developing skills for coping with the unique challenges associated with the aging of a loved one.Must be willing to work every sixth weekend.Our mission is evident in the daily interactions our staff have with residents and their families.
