About the Role:

As a Director of Nursing (DON), you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursing department. You will work closely with our medical staff to develop and implement effective care plans, while also ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Your leadership skills and expertise will be instrumental in creating a positive and supportive work environment that fosters growth and development among our nursing staff.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the nursing department, including staff scheduling, orientation, and training

• Develop and implement effective care plans in collaboration with our medical staff

• Conduct regular rounds to ensure quality of care and identify areas for improvement

• Monitor and maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and standards

• Develop and manage budgets and resources for the nursing department

• Foster a positive and supportive work environment that promotes growth and development among our nursing staff

Requirements:

• 1 years of experience in a similar role or experience as a Director of Nursing in a skilled nursing facility

• Active PA RN license
