Position: Organizational Employment Services Production Supervisor

Classification: Hourly, Full Time

Rate: $ 18.50 hourly

Requirements:

• Minimum of 20 years of age
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift a minimum of 25 pounds
• Must retain CPR and First Aid Certification within the first (90) ninety days of hire
• Valid New Jersey driver's license with no more than five (5) points; driving abstracts will be reviewed upon hire and every six (6) months thereafter
• Must successfully pass background checks through IdentoGo and the Central Registry, as well as pre-employment and random drug testing
• Pass monthly criminal background screening

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Work effectively with people from different cultures and backgrounds, showing genuine respect for others
• Assist consumers in obtaining maximum production levels
• Facilitate vocational rehabilitation training
• Complete production sheets
• Provide input for Individual Habilitation Plans for assigned consumers and assist consumers in achieving goals outlined in their plan
• Transport assigned consumers to and from the Outsource Center and needed
• Complete all Relias Trainings within 30 days of assignment
• Fully cooperate with the Department of Human Services during an investigation when applicable
