Benefits: Eligible for Health, Dental, Vision, and 401K Visa Sponsorship: Not eligible for visa sponsorship Job Description: This role supports a high-volume print production shop environment, preparing and processing print-ready files, operating production equipment, and ensuring quality output is packaged and staged for delivery to event venues. Job Summary •Download and prep print-ready files daily using production software for output across multiple printer types •Operate print equipment and perform light machine maintenance to support continuous production flow •Cut, collate, and package finished print materials to spec, organized by work order •Conduct quality control checks and proofread output against work orders before packaging •Load packaged materials onto carts and stage pallets for truck delivery to event venues •Maintain shop organization and cleanliness standards throughout the workday •Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and event-driven workflow changes as production needs evolve Minimum Requirements: •Experience in a print shop, copy center, warehouse, or related production environment •Ability to work on your feet for a majority of the day and lift up to 35 lbs occasionally, with assistance available for heavier items •Familiarity with print production workflows and file types (e.g., PNG, TIFF) •Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent print orders •Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality with professional communication habits Preferred Qualifications: •Prepress or print machine operation experience •Basic working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite for light file edits •Forklift certification •Experience supporting events, conventions, or trade show environments •Exposure to graphic or artistic production backgrounds
