Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Community Outreach Specialist to grow ReNew Us referral network and strengthen relationships within the healthcare and recovery communities. This person will represent ReNew U across Ohio, connecting treatment providers, hospitals, courts, and organizations to our outpatient and medication-assisted programs.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain professional relationships with hospitals, detox centers, treatment programs, clinicians, and community partners.
  • Conduct outreach visits, presentations, and networking meetings weekly to increase program awareness.
  • Identify new referral opportunities within healthcare, judicial, and community systems.
  • Collaborate with leadership to create and execute marketing and outreach strategies.
  • Track outreach activity, contact data, and outcomes using CRM.
  • Represent ReNewU at events, health fairs, and professional conferences.
  • Communicate regularly with internal teams to ensure smooth referral coordination.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA / 42 CFR Part 2 regulations.


Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in business development, outreach, or marketing (behavioral health or healthcare preferred).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills.
  • Knowledge of ASAM levels of care, treatment admissions, or insurance processes a plus.
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
  • Self-starter with strong time management and organizational skills.


Pay

  • Base Salary
  • Bonuses & Commission (Base salary plus performance-based bonuses for meeting referral and admissions goals/KPIs).
