Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to join our team in Delavan. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for candidates who are mechanically inclined and able to accurately read a tape measure. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
  • Read and use a tape measure accurately
  • Perform general labor and production duties
  • Operate hand tools and basic equipment
  • Assist with assembly, material handling, and other manufacturing tasks
  • Follow safety policies and work instructions
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications
  • Ability to read a tape measure accurately
  • Mechanically inclined
  • Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
  • Ability to lift, bend, stand, and perform physical work throughout the shift
  • Dependable with strong attendance
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
