This full-time opportunity is designed for Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists seeking exceptional earning potential, diverse surgical experiences, flexible scheduling, and long-term professional growth within a collaborative perioperative environment.This role offers exposure to a wide variety of complex surgical specialties while allowing CRNAs to customize their workload through flexible scheduling and voluntary overtime opportunities. Providers will deliver safe, evidence-based anesthesia care across multiple service lines while working alongside surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses, and perioperative teams dedicated to outstanding patient outcomes.Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive pre-anesthesia evaluations and patient risk assessments.
- Develop individualized anesthesia care plans tailored to each patient's medical history and surgical procedure.
- Administer general, regional, monitored anesthesia care, and advanced airway management interventions.
- Continuously monitor patient status throughout procedures and respond appropriately to changing clinical conditions.
- Provide post-anesthesia evaluations, pain management recommendations, and recovery oversight.
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses, and perioperative professionals to optimize patient safety.
- Accurately document anesthesia care in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards.
- Participate in patient safety initiatives, quality improvement projects, and continuing education.
- Maintain current knowledge of evolving anesthesia techniques and evidence-based practices.
- Deliver exceptional patient-centered care while supporting efficient surgical operations.
- Current certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA).
- Current Pennsylvania licensure or eligibility to obtain Pennsylvania licensure before employment.
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia educational program.
- Active NBCRNA certification.
- Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and anesthesia management skills.
- Excellent communication and interdisciplinary collaboration abilities.
- Ability to independently manage diverse anesthesia cases.
- Must currently reside within commuting distance of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, or relocate independently before employment.
- Authorized to work in the United States.

- Previous hospital or tertiary medical center anesthesia experience.
- Experience managing trauma, neurological, obstetrical, orthopedic, vascular, and general surgical cases.
- Experience with ultrasound-guided regional anesthesia and advanced airway management.

- Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications where applicable.
- Demonstrated commitment to clinical excellence, patient safety, and continuing education.

- Compensation: $360,000–$600,000 annual earning potential through competitive base compensation, voluntary overtime, and income escalators.
- Bonus Opportunities: Up to $150,000 in hiring and performance incentives plus a $10,000 relocation bonus for qualified candidates.
