Client Locations: West and South St. Louis County, Jefferson County, St. Charles County

Shifts Available: Mornings, afternoons, overnights | 7 Days a Week ; shift length based on client need (4+ hours)

The responsibilities of a Continuum Caregiver:

  • Client engagement and companionship

  • Assisting with client personal care: dressing, grooming, toileting, hygiene, etc.

  • Light Housekeeping

  • Meal preparation

  • Client transportation: running errands, medical appointments, outings

  • Building professional relationships with clients, their families, and the Continuum management team

The position requirements for a Continuum Caregiver:

  • Have at least 3 years of caregiving experience

  • Provide and maintain a valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation

  • Pass a background screening

  • The ability to move objects averaging 100lbs (with use of assistive devices)

  • Possess effective oral and written communication skills
