Unit Manager

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our team. As the ADON, you will play a crucial role in providing leadership to our nursing staff and ensuring the highest quality of care for our patients.

• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing in managing and overseeing all aspects of nursing services

• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards in the delivery of nursing care

• Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, including training and development opportunities

• Monitor the quality of care provided and implement improvements as necessary

• Assist with the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to nursing care

• Participate in the recruitment and hiring of nursing personnel

• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to nursing staff

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution

• Valid nursing license in the state of Florida (LPN/RN)

• Minimum of [3] year of experience in nursing, with a focus on leadership and management

• Strong knowledge of nursing regulations and standards

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
