Junior Commercial Driver's License Truck Driver

You have obtained your Class A CDL and are ready to build a career. Based in Hartford, CT, we are recruiting recent CDL school graduates to join our expanding northeastern regional fleet. Our paid training program is designed for new drivers who want hands‑on mentorship, practical on‑road experience, and a fast path to earning.

• $1,600–$1,800+ weekly

Position overview

• Predictable regional routes operating out of Hartford and across the Northeast
• Approximately 3,000 miles per week
• No‑touch dry van freight; most loads are drop‑and‑hook
• Brand‑new automatic trucks, fully loaded and assigned to each driver
• No slip seating
• 24/7 dispatch support
• Home time options: home weekly or home every other week

Training program

• Open to drivers who have completed at least 120 hours of CDL school instruction
• Paid training with an experienced mentor focused on safety and practical driving experience
• Designed to prepare new drivers for independent regional operations

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 120 hours of CDL school instruction
• Satisfactory driving record
• Must meet DOT and company hiring requirements
• Available to start as soon as possible
