- Engagement: W2 only; no C2C or 1099 arrangements
- Fully onsite position at a manufacturing facility in Mineral Point, Wisconsin
- Standard 40-hour workweek
- Contract assignment expected to run from August 17 through December 31, 2026

- Approximately 25% travel may be required
How You Will Make An Impact
- Provide onsite desktop support for employees within a manufacturing facility.
- Image, configure, deploy, troubleshoot, and maintain laptops, desktops, and related hardware.
- Diagnose operating-system, software, hardware, network-connectivity, and peripheral issues.
- Install, configure, and support local and network-connected printers.
- Respond to support requests while delivering professional and responsive customer service.
- Analyze user needs and recommend appropriate hardware or technical solutions.
- Test and verify computers, components, and peripherals against established requirements.
- Coordinate with infrastructure, engineering, suppliers, and other technical teams to resolve escalated issues.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, equipment, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
- Work independently, manage competing priorities, and minimize disruption to plant operations.
Are You an Experienced Desktop Support Professional Ready to Make an Impact?
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Three to five years of relevant desktop or onsite IT-support experience.
- Hands-on experience imaging, configuring, deploying, and troubleshooting computers.
- Working knowledge of network connectivity, including TCP/IP, LAN, Wi-Fi, and basic network troubleshooting.
- Experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting printers and related peripherals.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, desktop applications, and device components.
- Proven customer-service, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently manage time, prioritize support requests, and exercise sound judgment.
- Comfortable working onsite in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Ability to travel approximately 25% as business needs require.
- Experience mentoring or providing technical guidance to other support personnel is beneficial.
