Houseperson

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Houseperson to assist our housekeeping team in maintaining the cleanliness and order of our facilities. The Houseperson will be responsible for ensuring all public and common areas are kept clean and organized to provide a pleasant environment for guests and staff.

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in housekeeping or janitorial services is a plus
- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good physical stamina to handle various cleaning tasks
- Excellent time management skills

**Responsibilities:**
- Clean and maintain common areas, such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms
- Empty trash containers and dispose of waste in a sanitary manner
- Restock cleaning supplies in designated areas
- Assist housekeeping staff with tasks as needed
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department
- Follow established safety precautions and procedures
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a friendly and professional manner

**Physical Requirements:**
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and reaching for extended periods
- Working in varied temperatures and conditions
- Using cleaning equipment and chemicals safely

**Schedule:**
This is a full-time position with morning, evening, and weekend shifts required. Flexibility in scheduling is essential to meet the needs of the facility and guests.
