Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Customer Service Rep / Billing Clerk to join our team in Muscatine, IA. In this role, you will be dedicated to managing a specific customer account to ensure seamless daily communication.

You will balance administrative office tasks with physical warehouse coordination. Your work will directly impact our inventory accuracy and help maintain great relationships with our carriers and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with carriers, greet arriving truck drivers, and provide loading instructions.
• Generate essential shipping documents including Bills of Lading (BOL), pick sheets, and packing lists.
• Maintain direct communication with the customer regarding order status, stock levels, and shipping delays.
• Key transactions into the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to ensure inventory integrity.
• Reconcile inbound freight and perform regular inventory counts.
• Provide customers with tracking updates and detailed inventory reports.

Requirements

• Consistent and stable job history with long-term stays at previous employers
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfortable using a 10-key calculator for data entry
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to pass a drug screen
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
