The compensation range for this position is $20 - $24 per hour, plus bonus potential. Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications and relevant experience.
Compensation:$20 - $24 hourly
Responsibilities:
Contact assigned accounts regarding balances by telephone, in person, and by email
Work directly with assigned attorneys and accounting staff
Document all interactions, track accounts in collections software, and escalate to legal action when needed
Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in legal collections or a related field
Knowledge of legal collection processes and regulations
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Upbeat attitude, compassion & emotional Intelligence
Reliable attendance critical
English and Spanish language proficiency
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software systems
