Outbound Fulfillment Trainer, Littleton, NH
Develop & maintain training programs for our Outbound Processors. Min. 3 years successful business experience. Day shift.

You’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining the training program for new employees in our busy Outbound Fulfillment department. Primary responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining training programs geared toward the adult learner
- Adapting techniques as needed for individual trainees
- Analyzing trainee performance and establishing benchmarks
- Assessing trainee performance and providing feedback
- Coaching employees while maintaining their self-esteem
- Recommending remedial action when necessary
- Continually improving the effectiveness of the training program
Qualified applicant will have:
- 3 years successful business experience
- Completion of Train the Trainer Training (will provide)
- Proficient on AS400 computer system (will provide)
- Strong interpersonal and coaching skills
- Skilled in time management and problem solving
- Ability to tolerate ambiguity and interruptions
- Strong analytical skills
