Overview
Registered Nurse – Med Surg (Travel) in Concord, New Hampshire. This is a travel, temporary assignment starting on 09/13/2026 for a 13-week duration. Weekly pay ranges from $2,215 to $2,319. Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care for medical-surgical patients, including monitoring, assessment, and documentation of patient status
- Administer prescribed medications and IV therapies; monitor responses and manage adverse effects
- Perform routine treatments, wound care, IV starts, and specimen collection as ordered
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and update patient care plans; participate in rounds and patient handoffs
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record; ensure compliance with safety and infection control policies
- Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed; respond to patient needs and escalate concerns promptly
- May be required to float to nearby units within the region based on patient census and assignment needs

Requirements
- Current RN license: Active NH or Compact state license required at submission
- NursYS verification: Licenses verification with all active RN licenses
- Certifications: BLS and ACLS current and valid
- Experience: Minimum 1 year Med-Surg Acute Care experience as a traveler; 2+ years of Med-Surg experience and documented travel experience are preferred
- EMR: Cerner experience is preferred but not required
- RTO: RTO must be included at time of submission
- Ability to work in a hospital Med-Surg setting and to float to nearby facilities as needed
