POSITION – Punch Press Operator
JOB LOCATION – Port Washington, WI
STARTING DATE – Immediate
EMPLOYMENT TERM – Temp to hire
EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full Time
WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 2nd Shift, Monday–Thursday 3:30pm to 1:30am
STARTING PAY – $20 to $22 per hour
BENEFITS – Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus
REQUIRED EDUCATION – High School Diploma or GED
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – Punch press experience preferred OR experience operating metal stamping or similar machinery
As a Punch Press Operator, you will be working in a metal stamping environment operating punch press machines to produce high-quality metal components while meeting production goals.
Responsibilities
- Operate punch press machines to produce metal parts
- Load and unload materials into machines
- Inspect parts for quality and accuracy
- Perform basic measurements using gauges or calipers
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications
- Punch press experience preferred OR experience operating metal stamping or similar machinery
- Experience in metal stamping or manufacturing environments
- Ability to read basic measurements and use inspection tools
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
