The Assistant Team Lead supports the Team Lead and Supervisor with daily operations in the Processing Department. This role assists with coordinating workflow, ensuring production goals are met, maintaining quality standards, and helping team members complete various processing tasks efficiently. Accuracy, attention to detail, and strong time management skills are essential, as this is a critical position within the production team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Team Lead and Supervisor with daily processing operations.
• Support production staff to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor workflow and help maintain productivity and quality standards.
• Perform various processing and production tasks as needed.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company policies.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
