A well-regarded skilled nursing facility (SNF) in Tinton Falls, NJ is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead its nursing department. The Director of Nursing (DON) will join a dedicated, resident-centered care team in a supportive community setting along the Jersey Shore. This is an outstanding opportunity for a Director of Nursing (DON) who is a Registered Nurse (RN) with proven leadership in a long-term care (LTC) environment. Prior nursing home experience is required for the Director of Nursing (DON) position.

Director of Nursing (DON) Duties

• Oversee all nursing operations and clinical care throughout the facility

• Lead, mentor, and manage the nursing staff

• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and survey readiness

• Collaborate with facility leadership on quality of care and clinical outcomes

• Manage nursing schedules, staffing, and department budgets

Director of Nursing (DON) Compensation and Schedule

• Pay: Up to $180,000 per year

• Full-time

Director of Nursing (DON) Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Jersey

• Prior Director of Nursing (DON) experience

• Must have experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) / long-term care (LTC) setting
