What You’ll Do:
- Supervise dietary aides and kitchen staff during shift
- Ensure food is prepared and served per care plans/diet orders
-Maintain sanitation and food safety standards
- Support inventory, ordering, and portion control
-Assist with resident meal satisfaction and special requests
What We’re Looking For:
-Food service experience (supervisory experience a plus, not required)
-Strong communication and leadership skills
