We’re looking for a Customer Support Specialist to support our distributor network with product info, order management, and resolutions that keep our customers happy.

What You’ll Do:
???? Manage calls & emails: order status, tracking, production questions
???? Provide quotes: product, freight, and program pricing
???? Follow up on large repeat orders, samples, and sales initiatives
???? Support Outside Sales with administrative tasks
&99;️ Work with production teams on order updates & custom projects

'14;️ Customer support, client services, or inside sales experience (manufacturing/distribution a plus)
'14;️ Strong computer skills: updating accounts, tracking calls, accurate record-keeping
'14;️ Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up and communication skills (phone/email)
'14;️ Time management and prioritization in a fast-paced environment
'14;️ Customer-first approach with problem-solving and listening skills
'14;️ Comfortable working cross-functionally under deadlines
