Drivers are responsible for protecting freight, operating modern equipment, and ensuring every delivery is completed safely, professionally, and on schedule.Transportation Operations
- Safely transport freight across assigned interstate routes.
- Operate commercial vehicles in accordance with all DOT regulations.
- Perform comprehensive pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections.
- Maintain accurate electronic logs and required transportation documentation.
- Practice defensive driving techniques while maintaining an excellent safety record.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding routes, deliveries, and operational updates.
- Represent the company professionally during all customer interactions.
- Haul primarily refrigerated no-touch freight.
- Operate late-model Freightliner tractors (three years old or newer).
- Pull modern 53-foot trailers with automatic transmissions.
- Complete scheduled over-the-road assignments.
- Some fleets offer set-run tours, providing additional scheduling consistency.
- Protect cargo while maintaining on-time delivery performance.
- Deliver freight safely and efficiently while meeting customer expectations.
