Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (40 hrs/week)
Rotating weekends required

Requirements
Active California RN License
Recent Home Health experience
Homecare Homebase/PointCare experience required
Epic experience required
Valid Driver's License, reliable vehicle & current auto insurance
BLS Certification
