Field Service Technician

POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Field Service Technician, your role will focus on attending to daily jobs, trouble-shooting equipment and
problem solving technical issues to complete resolution. You are the company’s primary resource to our customer
base, instilling trust, guidance, and care to clients that make operating the business possible. You will be targeting
growth and profitability of the company by adhering to standard operating procedures, working diligently and
efficiently, and acting as a trusted consultant in the field.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC/R systems while communicating with customers and team, documenting work, and responding to emergencies in all conditions
  
• Complete diagnostic troubleshooting the HVAC System from wiring diagrams and schematics.
• Commercial refrigeration and/or HVAC experience
• Proven field productivity
  
• Experience with an ERP preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
