Assistant Shift Supervisor – Plastics Manufacturing

Schedule:Â Full-Time |Â Shift: 3rd Shift

We're hiring an Assistant Shift Supervisor to support daily production in a plastics manufacturing facility. This position assists with overseeing shift operations, coordinating employees, monitoring production, and maintaining a safe, efficient work environment.

ResponsibilitiesSupport the Shift Supervisor with daily production activitiesReview production schedules and employee assignmentsMonitor machine setups and production performanceInspect the production floor and warehouse for safety and housekeepingHelp troubleshoot production issuesEnsure quality, productivity, and safety standards are metCommunicate with production, maintenance, and warehouse teams

QualificationsManufacturing experience required (plastics/injection molding preferred)Previous lead or supervisory experience preferredStrong communication and problem-solving skillsReliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Pay: $28.00 - $34.00 per hour based on Experience.
