Production Supervisor

Job Duties:

• Support dining room set up and service to residents
• Assist with taking orders and delivering to dining room
• Assist residents with menu selections using IPAD and entry into Meal Tracker
• Directing and assisting with the preparation and service of regular meals and therapeutic diets.
• Maintaining the cleanliness of the area and equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

· Customer service

· Ability to follow instructions and help with various tasks, as needed.

· Time management skills.

· Attention to detail and sanitation rules.

· Good communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.

Minimum Requirements:

· High School Diploma or GED required

· Serve Safe Certification

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods standing and walking.

• Must be able to access and navigate all areas.

• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.

• May be required work in excessive heat and cold in association with the kitchen environment.
