Job Description

Excelsior Communities is a property management company that has been operating in Rochester, NY since 2016. At Excelsior, we believe in empowering our employees to create impactful experiences with our tenants and clients. We know that a happy resident is at the heart of what we do, and we know that a positive work environment is how we get there. We are currently looking for a seasonal life guard either part or full time.
Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a valid CPR certification (we can help obtain this if needed)
Candidates must be 16 years of age or older
Must have reliable transportation
Responsibilities:
Maintain safety, order and discipline in accordance with pool rules.
Respond to patrons in distress and administer first aid and/or CPR.
Monitor the pool area and report any unsafe or hazardous conditions.
Keep pool area clean
Benefits:
Pay is $17
