Customer Service Representative

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. Duties

• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Engage with customers through various channels, including phone calls and emails.
• Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer concerns and feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our computerized system.
• Analyze customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on service lines and company policies to provide informed assistance.
• Scheduling customer inbound and outbound deliveries
• Working in the WMS system
• Supporting with customer inventory

Skills

• Previous experience in customer support or client services is required.
• Previous experience in Third Party Logistics as a Customer Service Representative
• Strong verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Proficient in phone etiquette and handling challenging conversations with professionalism.
• Familiarity with computerized systems for managing customer information is desirable.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Scale: $22.00- $27.00 per hour depending on experience

Work Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Monday - Friday and overtime as needed
