Landscape Maintenance Technician
Pay: $20/hr
Snow Removal Pay: Additional $6/hr
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, Fridays as needed; 7:30 AM until work is complete. Hours vary by season and daylight. No night work except for snow removal.

Job Duties:
- Mowing, trimming, weed control, pruning, edging, and mulching
- Spring and fall cleanups
- Snow removal
- Other landscaping duties as needed
Requirements:
- Landscaping experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
- Pass a drug screen
- Ability to work year-round
- Potential for full-time hire after contract period
Dress Code/PPE:
- Leather work boots required—no tennis shoes, high tops, Crocs, or sandals
- Shirt with sleeves and khaki pants
- PPE provided: safety vest, gloves, safety glasses, and hearing protection
Attendance: During the 90-day probationary period, 2 unexcused absences—including same-day call-offs, late arrivals, or leaving early without approval—may result in termination.
