Lead a strong Emergency Department within a supportive Critical Access Hospital. Responsible for ED operations, staffing, patient flow, quality measures, and guiding a high-performing clinical team serving Eastern Montana communities.
Director of Nursing (DON) — Roundup, MontanaA senior leadership role overseeing all nursing departments across a community-oriented Critical Access Hospital. This leader drives regulatory readiness, staff development, clinical quality, and organizational culture.
Acute Care Manager — Critical Access Hospital — Roundup, MontanaManage the acute care/med-surg department, focusing on staff scheduling, onboarding, daily operations, patient experience, and quality initiatives. Ideal for a strong charge RN, supervisor, or early-career manager ready to step into leadership.
Director of Acute Care — Large Health System — Great Falls, MontanaLead an acute care division in one of Montana’s premier health systems. This role oversees multiple units, collaborates with system-wide leadership, advances evidence-based practice, and mentors a large interdisciplinary team.
