What You'll Do

As the Housekeeping Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of the Environmental Services department while ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supervise, coach, and support housekeeping staff to ensure exceptional performance

  • Schedule daily assignments and monitor productivity

  • Inspect resident rooms, common areas, and facility spaces to ensure cleanliness standards are consistently met

  • Ensure compliance with infection prevention protocols, OSHA standards, and company policies

  • Train new team members on cleaning procedures, equipment use, and safety practices

  • Maintain housekeeping supplies and inventory while reporting equipment maintenance needs

  • Address resident, family, and visitor concerns promptly and professionally

  • Partner with department leaders to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment throughout the facility

What We're Looking For
  • Previous housekeeping supervisory or management experience required

  • Healthcare, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, assisted living, hospitality, or hotel housekeeping experience preferred

  • Strong leadership and team-building skills

  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service

  • Strong communication skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
