Our mission at A Million Dreamz is to offer quality, affordable child care 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, in an all-inclusive and kind environment while providing resources, referrals, advocacy, and other services to encourage and support the continuing development of healthy families.

We offer 3 meals and 2 snacks a day made right here in our kitchen.

Our dishwashers are responsible for cleaning dishes, helping the cooks maintain a clean and safe kitchen and adhering to all food safety regulations.

We are looking for a dishwasher for Monday through Friday, 9a-2p.

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans, using by hand and dishwashers.
• Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas.
• Maintain safe and clean kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition.
• Sweep or scrub floors as needed and daily.
• Take out garbage, recycling and compost.
• Help deliver meal carts to classrooms and collect when meal is over.

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Possess an attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be flexible and able to react appropriately to continually changing circumstances.
• Must be organized and able to multitask.
• Pass a background check.
• In alliance with to DCF 251 employees of group child care facilities must be “Fit and qualified”. “Fit and qualified” means displaying the capacity to successfully nurture and care for children and may include consideration of any of the following: (a) Abuse of alcohol or drugs. (b) A history of a civil or criminal conviction or administrative rule violation that is substantially related to the care of children, as determined under s. DCF 13.05. (c) Exercise of unsound judgment.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in food service.
• ServSafe certificate and 1 hour of continuing education every consecutive year.
