Plant Reliability Technician (Thermal Processing)

Location: Cleveland, OH (near Detroit Avenue)

Pay: $28.00+/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Overtime Available)

Type: Temp-to-hire; established, long-term opportunity

Your impact

• Keep production on schedule with proactive preventive maintenance
• Install and replace belts, bearings, chains, and other mechanical components
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults quickly
• Verify quality of work by testing equipment post-repair
• Support both mechanical and electrical maintenance activities
• Contribute to facility upkeep (painting, cleaning)
• Interpret blueprints/technical drawings to guide repair work
• Perform basic MIG welding as needed
• Operate forklifts to assist with equipment moves
• Document and communicate using Microsoft Word and Outlook

What you’ll need to succeed

• 2–4 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing
• Proven mechanical and electrical troubleshooting ability
• Competence reading blueprints and technical schematics
• Basic MIG welding experience
• Forklift experience preferred
• Capable of lifting 40–50 pounds
• Steel toe boots required

Work setting

• Manufacturing environment with exposure to heat, dust, humidity, noise, and fumes
• Regular standing, bending, and physical tasks
